Q: How much of a deposit is required and when
is the balance due?
There is a $400 retainer to reserve the date
with the remaining balance due two weeks before the date
of the wedding.
Q: How long is an Artistic Video Productions
Wedding Day DVD?
It is 45-60 minutes in length and is uniquely
customized to you and your wedding. Don't forget
that we give you a complete edit of the entire ceremony
on the beginning of the RAW Footage DVD.
Q: What is the difference between the Basic and
Deluxe DVD?
The Deluxe DVD has a main menu followed by two menus
with scene selections. They both have the same
chapter stops and video quality. Instead of a menu
the Basic DVD starts playing automatically when you put
it in the player.
Q: Can I make substitutions? For example, can I
have the "Photo Montage" instead of the "Pre
Ceremony" music video segment?
I set the packages up with the most popular music
videos. However, if your package comes with three
music videos you can pick any three music videos out of
the seven that we offer.
Q: What is included with the RAW Footage DVD?
We go the extra step and provide an edited version of
the entire ceremony at the beginning of the RAW Footage
DVD. The entire ceremony is then followed by any
video that was not included in the Wedding Day DVD.
Q: Can I email the pictures to you for the
Photo Montage?
Yes, please provide them in the JPEG format with a
resolution of 300 DPI.
Also, send one or two first so I can make sure there are
no problems before scanning and sending all of the
photos. You will need to number the photos exactly how
you want them to appear on the tape. A good way to
arrange the photos is to lay them all out on the floor.
Q: Do I need multi-camera coverage?
If your budget allows, adding additional cameras will
enhance your wedding video by showing varying
perspectives and ensuring that nothing is missed. Using
radio communications, two or more cameras allows us to
be much more creative. It is your wedding and there are
no retakes, you have one chance to capture the moment.
No matter who you select to produce your wedding video,
we highly recommend at least two cameras for the ceremony.
