Pre Show Music Video Opening

I will be taping the kids before and after the recitals. To the right is a Pre Show Music Video Opening I did last year for another studio. This will give you an idea of what the opening will be like for your 2010 recital DVD.

With the littlest dancers I use a split screen to keep them on the screen almost the entire time. With the production numbers we focus more on the choreography.

Purchasing Information

Before the recital date you can purchase the DVD by filling out the order form and turning it in at the studio.
On the date of the recital, we will have a table with someone collecting orders.
After the recital date;
- Make sure you include all of the information below with your order.
  - Name of the Studio
  - Date and Time of the Recital
  - Your mailing address
  - Your phone number
  - Make check payable to Tom Estes.
- Add the $10 late fee for late orders after the recital date.
- Mail late orders to Tom Estes - 315 Glenwood Dr., Walled Lake MI 48390
- Call Tom at 248-624-6762 before mailing the order.

DVD Pickup - Last Updated 06/15/10

The DVDs will be handed out on June 24th at the Arlington Studio from 10:00am - 12:00noon and at the Cordova Studio from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Sorry for the late update. I just have to finish the Music Video opening and then create the DVD's with menus and then ship them to Joy.

Additional Information

All DVDs have a menu to allow you to quickly move to your child's dance.
We shoot the littlest dancers with a split screen to keep them in the shot almost the entire time.
Dance recitals are videotaped with a minimum of two cameras.
We are experienced Dance Recital videographers and understand that performance numbers with 30 kids on stage require more medium and wide shots to see the choreography of the dance.

Parent Information

Lifetime guarantee to replace any damaged DVDs. If in a year from now your youngest child puts the DVD in the toaster we will replace it for only $5 to cover shipping. You must have the damaged DVD, so don't throw it away.
